Naples has crime problem; thinks what to do

The deplorable situation in Naples was mentioned in the context of the Pope's visit, where he speaks about the threat of the culture of violence, especially among the young:

People have asked for the army. The Pope urges addressing this problem too. I guess if folks don't do something maybe Sharia law is the answer after all. What can I say that I haven't already said so many times before?
