I love reading how more and more people are growing their own food in "kitchen gardens," whether in urban areas or in the suburbs where they have space for a personal garden. This is a subject that has always been near and dear to my heart. I think more and more people should try this out and see how it transforms not only one's eatting habits and health, but also provides real positive activity for the spirit.
