When does this family get justice?

This is one of the most outrageous examples of an unbelievable asshole destroying a family and the system supporting him and leaving them in ruins. I hope that the older daughter who is in law school specializes in liability law and hounds people and the bureaucrats who support them like Hades is after them. Which very well could be true... the justice of the Lord will catch up with them. I wish this family courage and hope that trained people step forward to volunteer the rehab and private medical help that they can't pay for and that this obviously shitty system is not providing to them.
