I have to make one teensy correction. Father Raniero speaks movingly of how the word of God arrives within a person, since God has no mouth. And while that is true, just to not confuse people, he should make clear that there are times that God does speak through a physical presence with a mouth. Those are the instances in the Bible where the "Angel of the Lord speaks." The Angel of the Lord describes either God himself in angelic form (not "all" of God, obviously, but God's presence takes on an angelic form, such as one of the three angels who visited Abraham and dined with him) or an angel that is being God's "mouthpiece," where God is directly speaking through that particular angel. So there are times that prophets received the word of God most certainly three dimensionally and using an angel's mouth.
