Psalm by St. Bonaventure for Mary

PSALM 1

Blessed is the man, O Virgin Mary, who loves thy name; thy grace will comfort his soul.

He will be refreshed as by fountains of water; thou wilt produce in him the fruit of justice.

Blessed art thou among women; by the faith of thy holy heart.

By the beauty of thy body thou surpassest all women; by the excellence of thy sanctity thou surpassest all angels and archangels.

Thy mercy and thy grace are preached everywhere; God has blessed the works of thy hands.

Glory be to the Father, etc.

Thank you for visiting! And blessings to you both too.

Many do not love her, even those who claim they are of the faith. Even though her body is in heaven, with her son, the Lord, and with Elias, whose body was also taken to heaven, many people continue to profane her body in their thoughts. It is a sign of the profane times that people no longer love or strive for the purity of birth and true motherhood (or fatherhood) but they want to drag down those who are already beyond their reach, in heaven. So I think it is an important antidote to this to read the Early Fathers and the saints, all of whom retain understanding of the pure love that resides with the Blessed Virgin Mary. Little that is written today understands her. God the Father, who created her pure and retained her purity, knows all thoughts and deeds and will judge those who profaned her undeservedly most harshly. Ignorance will not be an excuse. The father of her child, the Holy Spirit, moves everywhere and knows all. Worse, I know people who think they are either her or her reincarnated, and they consider the most vile thoughts as to be well informed. They are not and there are no human actions that can equate to her reality.

Too bad there is not more proper formation of children by their parents in recognizing piety and purity. Kind of a "Head Start" program. If they started young with their heads they might avoid going ass first into hell forever. Then there would be a real piece of peace.
