Advice for pregnancy after excess dieting habits

For pregnancy after dieting

Obviously no drugs or alcohol. Here is some advice for those whose appetite may be depressed for dieting or other reasons, and who are pregnant, or hope to be soon. It's an old joke about chicken soup but it's incredibly true that it is one of the most healthy and helpful things that you can eat. I recommend that Nicole Ritchie and others like her who are painfully thin but have the blessed news of a baby be sure to have a bowl of chicken soup once a day. You can start with a light broth if you want, and then as your appetite builds, add more pieces of lean chicken, vegetables of any kind to your liking, and pieces of pasta. The longer you cook the soup the more ingredients move into the broth, and that is a good thing, because it helps in nutrient absorption. If you get sick of chicken soup each day, other soups can be alternated, such as a good beef soup, soups based on corn, seafood bisques, onion soups with bread and cheese, and other fine ingredients. Don't worry about salt, while you don't want too much salt, there is a lot of benefit to having an average amount of salt in each soup. I like sea salt in a grinder, grated on top of what I'm eating. You will really help your baby and yourself if you have a bowl of soup every day, made from good ingredients as suggested. I hope this helps.
