As I was typing the previous posting...

... the few sprinkles of rain turned into a downpour, and washed away the very remaining white flower heads on the goldenrod plants that I was describing, LOL. That is nature being droll :-)

The rain is very welcome as the South has been too dry, having been within a longtime shortage of rain, with some places having very severe drought.
