I LOVE this book. The daily selections are wonderful and of course, the insight and intellect of the great Pope John Paul II is such that even a paragraph has so much material for thought, reflection, further exploration, and prayer. I sometimes think a dozen homilies could be written off of any one page of John Paul II's writings.

And I LOVE the sublime photograph of John Paul II sitting in a chair, reading, that adorns the dust jacket. It shows another deep side of him that the more popular photos do not.
