An observation about truth

When the truth is spoken among the just and righteous, to hear it is like the sweetest honey. When the truth is spoken among the unjust, the hypocrites and the liars, it burns like a bitter fire and is very painful to hear.

How the Greeks and Romans would phrase it:

(Like) sweetest honey hears just and righteous men truth spoken. (Like) painful bitter fire hears unjust, hypocrites, liars the truth.
