I hope the tide is turning against abortion

This is a problem that will not be solved just by making abortion illegal or a crime. The pro-aborts focus on that 100 percent. But that is just another example of how they miss the point. I hope that abortion is someday like stale milk in the store that stinks and no one buys it. The pro-aborts could still have their precious "legal abortion rights" on the books, but as they look around they find that fewer and fewer people buy the stink and rot and have gone to another place that offers fresh milk and life.

Whenever there is a terrible story about child abuse, haters post in the comments section that "this is what happens when there is an unintended pregnancy." No... this is what happens in a society where fewer and fewer children are surrounded with empathic and community wide love and nurturing of babies, the way it used to be when families were still intact and when men, even boys, chose babies over video games. Plenty of teenagers had children in the "good old days" but the difference is that once the baby is there, the married couple revolved their world around the baby, not around the "entertainment industry." Fathers in the 1950's in general would never lose their composure and go crazy when a baby cried or wet his diaper. (Of course abusive and alcoholic families were an exception, as they have been through the whole sad history of humankind in general). But as a whole, mothers and fathers, no matter how young themselves, had a sense of equanimity about even the stressful parts of raising a child. Practically every house smelled of powder and diapers ha, it was not the exception that it is now. Everyone had a copy of Dr. Spock next to their Bible!

Here's the thing that is different. In the "good old days" people very rarely directed rage against babies and toddlers. It just didn't happen. That is what has totally flipped. People are seething with rage over nothing and actually blame babies for needing to eat, needing to be changed, needing to be watched, crying, needing to be held. Even the "jerkiest kid" in the old days never blamed a baby for BEING A BABY. Even the most stressed out mother might have popped a pill herself (remember Mick Jagger's "Mother's Little Helper")... but she would not be full of rage at the baby itself. Now people outdo themselves in thinking of ways to beat and rape the life out of infants and toddlers, often their own, in a way that can only be described as satanic (except that this is something you can't blame on Satan). The rage is societal created, directly due to alienation from God and the destruction of the family, fueled by drugs, alcohol and instant self gratification.

And the grist for the rage is a casual attitude toward abortion as birth control. Once a society, male and female members alike, forget that the fetus is a growing seed of human life from conception, accompanied already by a guardian angel in reality, and instead, institutionalizes the ripping out of a fetus and ending its life because it is an "inconvenience," there is no depravity as follow up that is too low in potential. Abortion lays the groundwork for molestation, torture, neglect, abuse, and slavery of children. Abortion is the societal "self grooming" process by which people harden their own hearts, and from that mindset all the other ills follow.

I hope and pray that this is the generation that wants to recover the time when life was recognized as life, and not as a "relativistic concept" to be twisted into self destructive agendas that seem gratifying and freeing on the surface, but lead to a very dark pit for all in reality as life becomes increasingly painful, depraved and empty.
