Cardinal Pell regarding environment religion faith

Here is a very useful interview. I agree with every word of the Cardinal.
He is in Australia where there is much panic about global warming, partly because, though he does not mention it, farmers are having an extreme history making drought. People have forgotten the challenges of weather when farming and so fall into reflexive doomsday blame making.
The Cardinal does distinguish between pollution as of course a thing to be controlled and looking to blame it for global or even solar system wide "weather" cycles. He is very correct.
I keep explaining that we must curb pollution and restore ecosystems so that plants and animals can reproduce and adjust to the changes in the earth's warming that are beyond human cause or control.
A fine job by Cardinal Pell. Do read this interview for great perspective.
