A growing Knut is no longer cute?

Just looked at some up to date pictures of Berlin's sensational polar bear cub Knut. He's growing up and now there's the inevitable comments that he's no longer the cute little bear! Sure he's growing up but still fascinating. It's like human babies... why do people not hug them enough and enjoy them when they are little? Because so soon they grow up and then it's time to love them as little people. Don't waste the "baby" times, savor them all, even the sleepless nights when crying baby awakes you! Can't recapture those times.
