Sir Edmund Hillary, man of morals & character

I join the world in celebrating the memory of Sir Edmund Hillary and mourning his loss, although in truth, the world was fortunate to have a man of such great example and fine character for so long.

Condolences to his family and friends, and many blessings on them and on his soul. I am sure that he is enjoying the view from where he now resides in the house of the Lord.

I always had a special sentimental attachment to him because when he achieved the climbing of Mount Everest, I was a not yet born baby in the womb!!
